Delivery Policy
We deliver nationwide across New Zealand using trusted courier partners. Delivery timeframes depend on location and courier network conditions.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Rural or remote addresses may require additional delivery time.
Please ensure delivery details are accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Deliveries cannot be made on Sundays or public holidays unless otherwise stated. During peak seasons such as Mother’s Day and Christmas, delivery timeframes may be extended.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive it, couriers may leave the parcel in a safe location or return it to the depot for redelivery. Additional charges may apply for reattempts.
If an order is refused by the recipient or returned to us due to incorrect details, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Details
Please ensure delivery details are accurate at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, a redelivery fee of $14.95 will apply. If the correct address is not confirmed within 24 hours of notification, the order may be cancelled, or additional costs may apply to remake or redeliver your bouquet.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch for a $15 processing fee.
If your order has already been created or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
In the unlikely event that Wolf & Wick must cancel your order due to stock unavailability or supply issues, you will receive a full refund.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will assess each case individually and may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit at our discretion.
