How can I confirm my order has been received?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at wolfandwick@gmail.com and we will confirm it for you.
Can I track my delivery?
We currently offer tracking on all orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification. Most deliveries arrive within 3 business days depending on location. Rural or remote deliveries may take longer.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
At this time, we do not offer same-day delivery. Each Wolf & Wick creation is handmade to order, and we take great care in preparing and packaging each piece to arrive safely. Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?
Saturday deliveries may be possible depending on courier schedules, but cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries are not available on Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be sent on the next business day.
What happens if no one is home when my order arrives?
If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave it in a safe location or return it to the depot. A card may be left with instructions for redelivery or collection. Please ensure the delivery address is accurate and suitable for receiving parcels safely.
Do you deliver to hospitals, rural areas, or PO boxes?
Yes, we deliver to most New Zealand addresses. However, some hospitals and rural locations have restrictions. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. For hospital deliveries, please confirm the recipient’s details and hospital policy before ordering.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch but may incur a $15 fee depending on the stage of manufacturing your hand made order is at. Once an order has been packaged or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package before opening it. If you received the incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can review the issue. We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit depending on the situation. please see the full refund policy here
Can I burn the wax flowers in my bouquet?
Our wax flowers are made from candle wax and can be lit, but only after being safely removed from the bouquet. Remove the flower, pull out the stick, and place it on a steel tray or heat-safe plate away from any flammable materials such as dried foliage, paper, or fabric. Never burn a flower directly within the bouquet. When used safely, our wax flowers will fill your room with a beautiful scent and a warm, gentle glow. Read more in our burning guide
What scents do you offer?
Our wax flowers are available in two signature scents:
- Lychee Guava– floral, exciting, summer .
- Vanilla Caramel– warm, comfy, and nostalgic.
Each scent is selected to complement our natural aesthetic and create an atmosphere of calm and beauty.
If you make a custom order you can request your favourite scent and we will do our best to provide that for you.
Can I include a personal message with my gift?
Yes. You can add a personalised message during checkout. Each message is hand written on a simple, elegant card and included with your order.
Do you offer corporate gifts or bulk orders?

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, for retail sales we ship within New Zealand only. We can ship internationally for wholesale orders. Read more here.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment system. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored or shared.
