Wolf & Wick creates handcrafted wax flower arrangements and scented bouquets, designed to last and bring beauty to any space. Each piece is individually made to order by our small New Zealand team, ensuring care, quality, and attention to every detail.

Because our arrangements are custom made, we do not operate like a traditional retail florist. Orders are accepted through our website, facebook or by email, and production begins shortly after your order is confirmed. Every bouquet is carefully hand-assembled and inspected before dispatch to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

We take great pride in our craftsmanship, but as with any handmade product, variations in colour, shape, or arrangement may occur. These differences are part of what makes each Wolf & Wick creation unique.

If you receive an item that is damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at wolfandwick@gmail.com with photos and your order details. We will review your concern promptly and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Because each arrangement is made to order, cancellations must be received within 1 hour of placing your order to avoid fees.

  • Cancellations within 1 hour are free of charge.

     

  • Cancellations made after 1 hour and up to 36 hours before dispatch will incur a $25 fee.

     

  • Orders already in production or dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded.
    Please note that all holiday or custom orders are final.

     

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Details

Please ensure delivery details are accurate at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, a redelivery fee of $15.00 will apply. If the correct address is not confirmed within 24 hours of notification, the order may be cancelled, or additional costs may apply to remake or redeliver your bouquet.

Product Variations and Substitutions

Every Wolf & Wick arrangement is handmade, and slight variations in flower design, colour, or packaging may occur. We may occasionally substitute items of equal or greater value if a specific element is unavailable, while maintaining the overall look and feel of your chosen design.

Delivery Policy

We work with trusted couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address. Once the order is marked as delivered, Wolf & Wick is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Delays caused by courier networks, weather, or other unforeseen events are outside our control. If this occurs, your order will be delivered as soon as possible on the next available date.

Refunds and Replacements

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We may ask for photos to help us assess the issue and improve our packaging process. If approved, we will replace your product or provide a refund at our discretion.
